About The Author

Eric R. Gruber, Esq. is the founder of Gruber Law Group. He is an experienced trial attorney who is dedicated to obtaining justice for those who have suffered injury, abuse, discrimination, and violations of their civil rights at the hands of corporations, individuals, and governmental entities.  He has recovered hundreds of thousands of dollars on behalf of his clients through settlement, mediation, arbitration, and trial.

He is an active member of his community and takes a keen interest in public affairs. He co-founded and sits on the Board of Directors of Attorneys Bettering the Community (ABC), a non-profit organization dedicated to developing and coordinating group volunteer projects in the San Francisco Bay Area.  During the 2007-2008 presidential election cycle, Eric worked as a Regional Field Organizer for Barack Obama, overseeing and managing the efforts of hundreds of volunteers in San Francisco, Marin, and Sonoma.

Eric graduated from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law with a Public Interest Concentration in 2008.  While at Hastings, Eric earned several CALI awards and excelled in his trial advocacy coursework. He graduated magna cum laude from Hamline University in St. Paul, Minnesota in 2004 with a double major in Political Science and Sociology.
